Chocolate  Cream Velvety, buttery

rum cake ! Easy recipe, made with just a few simple ingredients and drenched in a sweet, sticky rum glaze. Feeds a crowd!

Step 1

Cream the butter and brown sugar together on medium-high speed for at least 5 full minutes.

Step 2

Scrape the bottom and sides of the bowl with a silicone spatula, and stir in the eggs.

Step 3

Stir in the rum and vanilla extract.
